UV Bulb Safety Kit
All UV Bulbs contain small amounts of mercury.
To accommodate smaller amounts of mercury safe, all users of UV bulbs should
have a UV Bulb safety kit near the workplace or in exposed locations ready to hand.
The UV Bulb Safety Kit contains all necessary tools to change Bulbs safe and
clean and, in case of a broken bulb, to absorb small amounts of mercury chemical-
free and safe.
The UV Bulb Safety Kit includes detailed procedures and work instructions!
Scope of Delivery:
1 Safety Glasses (UV-blocking goggles, according to EN166)
1 Set of lint-free nylon gloves. Important for the handling and cleaning of the UV Bulbs!
Protects against finger prints on the bulb, which will burn into the bulb during operation and
shorten the liftetime significantly.
1 Set Mercury Absorber Set. Containg gloves, sponge-fleece, Mercury Handling Tools
like spatula, scoop, pipette, etc.
1 piece of unique mercury spatula
1 Set of moist cleaning wipes
1 piece of disposal container including safety sticker
1 piece of disposal vag
