UV-bulbs manufacturing for Digital Printing (UV drying equipment)
In our modern, highly specialized bulb manufacturing plant, we produce UV bulbs for all applications in
digital printing.
UV bulbs (UV lamps) and UV-Inserts for Digital Printing Machines
For the curing (drying) of UV-reactive inks, varnishes in Digital Printing Machines, UV systems are
increasingly used.
For these applications usually mercury bulbs (mercury lamps) are being used.
For all models, types and manufacturers of UV-systems, we can offer appropriate UV
replacement bulbs!
Very often, not only the bulbs needs to be replaced but the reflectors of the corresponding UV-
inserts are damaged or soiled. These complete units could be overhauled in our factory, which
means the reflectors are cleaned or replaced and the new burner fitted perfectly. Thus, the UV
unit put in a new condition, but much cheaper than buying a new unit!
